Adroit designed and installed three solar thermal hot water heating systems for the residents’ domestic hot water needs. In addition, Adroit retrofitted the existing hot water heaters, replacing them with 98% efficient condensing models. Adroit also designed and installed a new solar thermal system for the newly constructed Community Building.
